December 2026
Varta Festival
I am travelling to Austin, Texas with my bag of stories.
One day in ‘Ghoompur’ the news of Gandharva Sen’s death sent the whole kingdom into mourning. But who was Gandharva Sen?
Join me for a delicious folktale from Bengal, India.
A bilingual performance; I promise you know Bengali- you just don’t know it yet!
December 6, 2026 | Austin Public Library, Central Branch 1:30pm – 4:30 pm
I will also be signing copies of my children’s book –
Let Them Be
